INGO Forum Coordinator

About the role

World Vision is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Central African INGO Forum, a collaborative platform of 53 international NGOs operating in the Central African Republic. The INGO Forum Coordinator will ensure effective coordination, advocacy and representation of INGOs, strengthening partnerships with government, UN agencies, donors and civil society.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Central African INGO Forum and manage its Secretariat.
• Implement the Forum’s strategic plan and roadmap, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Facilitate joint advocacy and information sharing among member NGOs.
• Represent the Forum in meetings with government authorities, UN bodies, donors and other stakeholders.
• Strengthen partnerships and promote collaboration across humanitarian, recovery and development sectors.
• Prepare reports, briefing notes and communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordination or management of multi‑partner platforms, preferably within the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong understanding of the Central African context and the operating environment of international NGOs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a team and manage a secretariat.
