Country Finance and Support Services Director

About the role

The Country Finance and Support Services Director provides strategic leadership for finance, risk & compliance, and ICT functions, ensuring sound financial stewardship and efficient operational support across the country office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategy development.
• Ensure internal controls, risk management, compliance and safeguarding of assets.
• Build capacity of finance, risk, compliance and ICT staff and strengthen financial systems.
• Oversee ICT infrastructure, connectivity and security to support program delivery.
• Coordinate audit responses, anti‑fraud measures and donor reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in finance, risk/compliance and ICT within an international NGO.
• Demonstrated ability to develop staff, manage complex budgets and ensure compliance with donor and regulatory standards.
• Christ‑centered servant leadership mindset and strong stakeholder networking skills.

• FFR (Field Financial Reporting) database.
