Client Service Representative

About the role

WltWLT Software is looking for a Client Service Representative to join its Client Service and Support team. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong customer‑service skills, acting as an analytical listener and problem‑solver who enjoys helping clients navigate the company’s benefits administration and claims adjudication software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Respond to and resolve client questions, problems, and requests in a timely manner.
• Document all activities and correspondence in the internal tracking system.
• Collaborate with clients to work through problem‑solving processes.
• Train and demonstrate the software system to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in software technical support; programming or quality‑assurance background is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, writing, and research abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the insurance, healthcare, or medical‑technology sectors is advantageous.
