Client Service Representative – Technical Support

About the role

WltWLT Software is seeking a Client Service Representative to join its Client Service and Support team. The role combines technical problem‑solving with high‑quality customer interaction, helping clients use advanced benefits administration and claims adjudication software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Respond to and resolve client questions, problems, and requests in a timely manner.
• Document all activities and correspondence in the internal tracking system.
• Collaborate with clients to work through problem‑solving processes.
• Train and demonstrate the software system to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in software technical support.
• Strong communication, listening, writing and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to a positive team environment.
