Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into actionable insights that drive marketing performance and conversion optimisation. The role will own the implementation, monitoring and analysis of analytics tools to support data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag‑management solutions like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion funnels to surface optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports in Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau or similar tools for stakeholder KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design, launch and evaluate A/B or multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations, troubleshoot data gaps and ensure data quality.
• Provide proactive, data‑backed recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, digital marketing analytics or data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
