Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing investment readiness across African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses and produce studies on space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Provide advisory services on commercialisation, investment readiness and access to finance.
• Facilitate partnerships between public and private stakeholders in Africa and the EU.
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and related documentation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets.
• Strong knowledge of African space markets and investment ecosystems (asset).
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is a plus.
