Reporting Officer (P)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Reporting Officer (P) to support its expanding operations in the Central African Republic. The role will contribute to the collection, analysis and dissemination of information across humanitarian assistance, displacement tracking and migration governance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing regular reports on lifesaving aid delivery, including shelter, WASH, health, NFIs and protection services.
• Support the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) by gathering real‑time mobility data and producing needs‑assessment updates.
• Contribute to reporting on migration governance initiatives, including legal framework development and border management support.
• Coordinate with IOM field teams, government partners and UN agencies to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Open to first‑ and second‑tier candidates, with priority given to qualified female applicants and candidates from IOM member states not currently represented in professional categories.
• Internal candidates and nationals of the listed non‑represented member states are encouraged to apply.
