Project Support Unit (PSU) Coordinator

About the role

The Project Support Unit (PSU) Coordinator will support IOM’s operations in the Central African Republic, contributing to the agency’s multi‑sectoral response to humanitarian and migration challenges. The role is based within IOM’s CAR office and works closely with government partners, UN agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PSU in coordinating humanitarian assistance and protection activities, including shelter, WASH, health, and non‑food items.
• Support the planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities in line with IOM policies.
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of services to IDPs, returnees, refugees and vulnerable migrants.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, budgets and operational updates.

Required profile

• Eligible candidate as defined by IOM recruitment policy (first‑tier or second‑tier).
• Willingness to work in the Central African Republic and adapt to a challenging environment.
