Bilingual Data Researcher – Remote

About the role

We are a fundraising firm seeking a remote, full‑time Data Researcher who is fluent in English and proficient in French. The role focuses on gathering and organizing publicly available information about potential donors to enable personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online research to collect publicly available data on prospective donors.
• Compile accurate contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, and social media profiles.
• Investigate business affiliations, philanthropic history, and other relevant background information.
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, online directories, government databases, search engines, and AI tools.
• Organize findings into structured reports for internal use while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Required profile

• Expert in online research and internet navigation.
• Tech‑savvy with strong familiarity using search engines, databases, and AI tools.
• Exceptionally detail‑oriented and thorough in documentation.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is a strong asset.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant research or administrative experience.
