Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this role you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts, and initiating contact through phone, email, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
• Qualify prospective clients to assess needs, budget, and buying readiness using defined methodologies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
• Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Degree certificate in a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
