Client Service Representative – Insurance

About the role

Wheeler & Taylor is looking for a detail‑oriented Client Service Representative to join its growing client base and support the account management team. In this professional insurance environment, you will act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring that client requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for client service requests, including policy changes, endorsements, and certificates.
• Maintain and update client records in the agency management system.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues.
• Assist Account Managers and Producers with documentation, client follow‑up, and onboarding of new clients.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
