Client Service Representative (CSR)

About the role

Wheeler & Taylor is looking for a detail‑oriented Client Service Representative to support its growing client base and account management team. You will act as a primary point of contact, ensuring client requests are handled accurately and efficiently in a professional insurance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests.
• Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and general account maintenance.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues.
• Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate records within agency management systems.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Required profile

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in insurance or client service preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to high‑quality service.
