Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide administrative, logistical and project support for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost). The role ensures smooth implementation of programme activities, monitors contracts, supports financial reporting and coordinates meetings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and track activity progress.
• Assist with financial reporting and budget follow‑up.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and other events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities and liaise with partners.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• At least one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, including contract and activity monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to organise meetings, webinars, workshops and events.
