Regional Sales Director – Central Africa

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales operations across the Central Africa region. You will shape market strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships while overseeing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate medium‑ and long‑term sales strategies and market expansion plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead negotiations with key clients, sign strategic cooperation agreements, and deliver critical projects.
• Track sales performance, analyse metrics, identify bottlene‑backs and implement improvement plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Maintain senior‑level communication with strategic clients, develop a tiered customer‑management system and enhance brand reputation locally.
• Structure and coach an efficient sales team, conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 10 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in Central Africa and a solid background in POS or payment industries is preferred.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong project‑management, leadership, organisational and decision‑making capabilities.
