Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer (P)

About the role

The Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Officer will support IOM’s programme in the Central African Republic, helping to track progress, assess impact and produce timely reports for stakeholders. Working under the supervision of the Chief, the officer will contribute to the delivery of stabilization and development priorities aligned with national strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for IOM activities in the Central African Republic.
• Collect, analyse and verify data on programme outputs, outcomes and impacts.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for IOM management, government partners and donors.
• Support the assessment of infrastructure projects, essential services and social cohesion initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to improve programme effectiveness and inform future planning.

Required profile

• Open to candidates from IOM member states, with internal staff and nationals of under‑represented member states given priority.
• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
• Must be eligible for UN staff appointment and able to work in the Central African Republic.
