About the role

The Sahara Group Graduate Management Trainee Program 2023 is a six‑month, full‑time development scheme designed for recent graduates who aspire to become future leaders in a global energy and infrastructure conglomerate. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions while receiving formal training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core business units to understand operations, strategy and project delivery.
• Support senior managers on stretch projects that contribute to corporate growth.
• Apply theoretical business knowledge to real‑world challenges.
• Participate in structured training sessions, coaching and mentoring programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2:1 classification in any discipline.
• 0‑2 years of post‑graduate work experience.
• Completed NYSC (for Nigerian nationals) or equivalent national service.
• Must be 25 years old or younger at the time of application.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.
