Service Technician – Audio/Video Installations

About the role

The company is seeking a Service Technician specialized in audio‑visual (AV) installations and field service. The role involves independent and team‑based work on project‑based installations and service calls, ensuring timely completion of tasks, procedures and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Complete complex audio/video installations, setup, and calibration.
• Design and install control systems (control, lighting, shading) and theater rooms.
• Troubleshoot simple and complex AV systems.
• Design, install and configure advanced networking and data systems.
• Program advanced AV and security systems.
• Support legacy and third‑party products.
• Configure multi‑room AV systems.
• Perform on‑site service calls and installations at customer locations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly detailed, organized and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Clean driving record and successful background check.
• Minimum of 3 years field experience with AV equipment.
