About the role
NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Space Applications Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on satellite navigation, GNSS, augmentation systems and satellite connectivity to foster space‑based applications across Africa.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, aeronautics, geomatics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in satellite navigation, telecommunications, satellite connectivity or related applications.
- At least 4 years of experience with satellite‑navigation or connectivity applications, including GNSS, SBAS, aviation or maritime use, or satellite broadband.
- Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- Knowledge of African navigation and augmentation initiatives is considered an asset.
Required skills
- Satellite navigation and GNSS systems.
- SBAS (e.g., EGNOS) and augmentation technologies.
- Familiarity with Galileo, IRIS² and relevant African initiatives.
- Satellite broadband and connectivity solutions.
- Aviation and maritime application expertise.
