Project Development and Reporting Officer

About the role

The Project Development and Reporting Officer will support the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in its mission to promote humane and orderly migration in the Central African Republic. The role contributes to the design, implementation and reporting of multi‑sectoral projects that address humanitarian assistance, protection and development challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project concepts and work plans aligned with IOM’s strategic objectives.
• Collect, analyse and compile data for regular project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with governmental, intergovernmental and non‑governmental partners to ensure effective project delivery.
• Support monitoring and evaluation activities to track project impact.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in international development, migration studies, humanitarian affairs or a related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment, preferably with UN agencies or NGOs.
• Strong communication skills in English.
