IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise IT environment. The successful candidate will ensure high availability, security, and performance across all systems while guiding a technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deploy and manage servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Maintain high availability, performance, and security of all IT services.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Develop and oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Coordinate hardware and software installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs).
• Server administration (Windows and Linux).
• Virtualization technologies.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Cybersecurity principles and tools.
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
