INGO Forum Coordinator

About the role

The INGO Forum Coordinator will lead the implementation of the CCO strategy, ensuring effective governance, coordination, and advocacy across humanitarian actors in the Central African Republic. Reporting to the Steering Committee, the role bridges national and international stakeholders to advance the mission of supporting vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the CCO strategy and roadmap approved by the CCO membership.
• Report programmatic and financial progress to the Steering Committee (COMEX) and members.
• Ensure compliance with policies, donor requirements, and host‑agency agreements.
• Manage Secretariat staff, both national and international.
• Represent INGO interests at national and global levels, including the Humanitarian Country Team and donor groups.
• Facilitate coordination among INGOs, UN agencies, government entities, and civil‑society partners.
• Organise high‑level meetings, coordination forums, and thematic working groups.
• Lead advocacy, policy development, and communications to influence national and international decision‑makers.
• Oversee project implementation quality and support resource mobilisation efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian coordination, governance, and advocacy.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multi‑national teams and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and representation skills in high‑visibility forums.
