INGO Forum Coordinator

About the role

The INGO Forum Coordinator will lead the implementation of the CCO strategy, ensuring effective governance, coordination and advocacy across a network of international NGOs. Reporting to the Steering Committee, the role bridges programmatic, financial and policy work to strengthen humanitarian responses.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the CCO strategy and roadmap approved by the membership.
• Report programmatic and financial progress to the Steering Committee and members.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal policies.
• Manage Secretariat staff, both national and international.
• Represent INGO interests at national and global platforms, including the Humanitarian Country Team.
• Facilitate collaboration among INGOs, UN agencies, governments and strategic partners.
• Organise high‑level meetings, coordination forums and thematic working groups.
• Maintain relationships with the host agency (WV CAR) as defined in the MoU.
• Oversee office operations, budgeting and accountability processes.
• Lead advocacy, policy development and communications activities aligned with the CCO strategy.
• Oversee project implementation and donor reporting, updating workplans as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in humanitarian coordination, governance or advocacy.
• Strong understanding of donor compliance and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and foster partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience representing organizations in high‑level forums.
