About the role
As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for handling the company’s financial transactions and ensuring that records are accurate and up‑to‑date. You will work closely with the finance team to process payments promptly and reconcile accounts efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes
Required profile
- Strong background in bookkeeping and finance
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Effective communication skills
