Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking motivated Service Technicians to join our growing team and handle attic cleaning, crawl‑space cleaning, and rodent‑removal projects across the Greater Bay Area. You will work on site, equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment, to ensure safe and thorough removal of insulation, rodent droppings, nests, and other contaminants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and decontamination of attics and crawl spaces.
• Remove and replace insulation according to project specifications.
• Execute rodent removal, disposal of droppings, and nest elimination.
• Carry out minor repairs, build‑out tasks, and reinsulation as required.
• Document work progress with before‑and‑after photos or videos for client communication.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Required profile

• Physically fit and comfortable working in confined, tight spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to reach various job sites within the Bay Area.

Required skills

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for hazardous environments.
• Insulation removal and installation techniques.
• Rodent removal and decontamination procedures.
