Service Advisor

About the role

As a Service Advisor at Meineke, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers entering the shop. You will provide friendly, professional service while guiding customers through vehicle inspection results and recommended repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Explain inspection findings and the value of recommended work.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
