About the role

We are expanding our affiliate team and seeking motivated Sub‑Affiliate Managers who want to build a career in affiliate marketing. The position is performance‑based, focusing on growing a portfolio of affiliate partners and supporting them to become active contributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, researching potential leads and reaching out to prospects.
• Establish and maintain communication with partners, handling inquiries and providing information about the program.
• Onboard partners by guiding them through registration, tracking setup, and promotional material usage.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure partners remain active, monitoring performance and offering optimization advice.

• Motivated individuals eager to develop a career in affiliate marketing and willing to meet performance targets.
• Performance‑driven mindset with the ability to build and manage a partner portfolio independently.

What we offer

• Starting commission of 3% on earnings generated by each active partner, paid based on partner performance.
• Commission increases to 5% after reaching 20 active partners, rewarding higher portfolio growth.
• Eligibility for promotion to a full Affiliate Manager role with a standard salary and further growth opportunities after 50 active partners.
