Data Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to ensure the smooth handling, quality, and management of operational data that powers AI, machine learning, and business intelligence projects. You will monitor, validate, and optimise data pipelines and workflows, supporting teams in delivering reliable datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage data pipelines and end‑to‑end workflows.
• Validate data quality and integrity at each processing stage.
• Prepare and analyse datasets for AI and data science teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
• Generate reports on data‑operations metrics and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise data handling processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of operational workflows and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in data operations, analytics or pipeline management.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple operational tasks.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Data Fundamentals) are a plus.
