Zulu Language Trainer for BPO

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Zulu Language Trainer to deliver training and coaching for BPO employees serving the African market. The role involves creating engaging programs that build language proficiency, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments in Zulu.
• Assess language proficiency and overall training progress, providing coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to identify training needs and align content with client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Zulu with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good command of English for preparing training materials and reporting.
• Previous experience as a Trainer, Language Trainer, BPO Trainer, or L&D professional (preferred).
• Experience in BPO or customer service environments is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams supporting the African market.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to support operational training schedules.
• Must achieve at least B2 level in written Zulu and complete the Wellness Assessment.
