VP of Finance – Real Estate Services

About the role

Our client, a leader in Real Estate Services, is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee all financial functions and drive strategic financial decisions. The role combines hands‑on accounting with leadership of the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate internal and external financial statements.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and improve accounting and internal control systems.
• Evaluate and optimize accounting software and related databases.
• Oversee bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations using QuickBooks Enterprise 2019.
• Compile financial reports on cash flow, profit & loss, accounts payable/receivable, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage invoicing, collections, credit‑card processing, and banking activities.
• Support payroll processing through ADP TotalSource and monitor employee time‑cards.
• Resolve client invoice issues and ensure timely receipt of payments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proven experience in senior finance leadership, preferably within real‑estate or related services.
• Creative problem‑solver who can work with limited supervision.
• Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills.
