Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay current on platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid storytelling ability.
• Reliable self‑sufficient infrastructure: stable high‑speed internet and an alternative power source (inverter, generator, or solar).

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
• Graphic design capability using Canva or similar tools.
• Access to a high‑performance laptop and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
