Landscape Crew Leader & Driver

About the role

Monarch Landscaping is looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader who also holds a valid driver’s licence and has personal transport. You will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring high‑quality maintenance and installation work for residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation installation.
• Oversee lawn‑care operations, ensuring proper techniques and equipment usage.
• Manage tree‑care activities, including pruning, planting, and removal.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Train new employees on safety protocols, equipment operation, and landscaping techniques.
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all sites.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and own transport.
• Physical fitness to work in hot conditions and handle manual tasks.
• Strong leadership ability to motivate and manage a crew.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
