HVAC Service Technician

About the role

We are a fast‑growing HVAC company looking for experienced Service Technicians to join our team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, and refrigeration systems for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, modify, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Replace defective parts, reassemble units, and test for proper operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections.
• Document service activities and communicate findings to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work safely from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs.
• Physical capability to lift at least 50 lb.
• Professional demeanor and strong composure in all interactions.
