HVAC Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HVAC Dispatcher / Service Coordinator to manage daily transportation and service scheduling for our technicians. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures efficient routing, timely customer communication, and smooth workflow across the service department.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule HVAC service technicians, coordinating daily transportation activities.
• Utilize GPS tools to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in customer files, including warranties, equipment details, and service agreements.
• Answer incoming calls, manage multi‑line phone systems, and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Forecast workload for the upcoming 3‑4 days and follow up on pending orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or dispatching.
• Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Efficient typing for data‑entry tasks.
