Gender Equality & Social Inclusion Specialist (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme activities, ensuring inclusive participation and equitable access to opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate gender‑responsive and socially inclusive approaches into all programme actions and policy dialogue.
• Support the design and implementation of gender analysis, sex‑disaggregated indicators and inclusive stakeholder participation.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
• At least 4 years of experience designing gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes.

Required skills

• Expertise in gender analysis and the use of sex‑disaggregated indicators.
• Experience with inclusive stakeholder participation, gender‑responsive communication and training.
