Client Service Specialist – Insurance

About the role

Plombon Insurance is seeking a motivated Client Service Specialist to deliver high‑quality insurance solutions and exceptional customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through policy options and supporting them throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, email, and in‑person communication.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products, policies, and coverage options.
• Manage policy administration tasks including issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Assist clients with filing and tracking insurance claims.
• Educate clients on risk management and insurance concepts.
• Maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and correspondence.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Collect client feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• State insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
