Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content while fostering an active online community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with brand objectives.
• Film, edit, and publish high‑quality videos, reels, TikToks, and static posts using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trending formats, and viral audio to keep content fresh and relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling abilities.
• Self‑sufficient infrastructure: reliable power backup (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
• Professional‑grade laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
