Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team and handle attic cleaning, crawl‑space cleaning and rodent‑removal projects across the Greater Bay Area. You will work on‑site, using provided personal protective equipment to safely remove insulation, droppings, rodents and nests, then clean, sanitize, repair, build and reinsulate according to project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform attic and crawl‑space cleaning and sanitisation.
• Remove insulation, rodent droppings, live rodents and nests.
• Repair, rebuild and reinsulate structures as defined in project specs.
• Document work with before‑and‑after photos or videos for client reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Required profile

• Qualified technician comfortable working in confined spaces.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
• Ability to follow detailed project specifications.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
